The OG wins "Best Sauce with Chilli" at the Herb & Chilli Festival.

It was a wonderful weekend in the Yarra Valley at our first Herb & Chilli Festival. We loved meeting so many amazing chilli lovers and wonderful local businesses. And to top it off Mrs C's The OG was named "Best Sauce with Chilli"! We were truly humbled by all the love and support we received and can't wait to do it all again next year.

The Apprentice is here.

To become a master of anything, you must first be a student. And chilli oil is no different.

We know that The OG chilli oil is very, very spicy (or in other words, it's  hot as f***). It can take time to acclimatise to such heat, which is why we created The Apprentice. It has all the sublime crunch and flavour of The OG, but with less burn factor. So you can eat it by the tablespoon-ful.
